Terms and Conditions for AuditBase

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AuditBase ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App is provided for managing site audits, tracking issues, and generating reports. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your device and stored data
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to impair the App's functionality

3. Data and Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• AuditBase does not collect, store, or transmit your project data
• You are responsible for backing up your data

4. Intellectual Property

AuditBase and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the App's content without prior written consent.

5. User Content

Regarding content created using the App:

• You retain all rights to content you create
• You must ensure content complies with applicable laws
• You warrant having necessary rights to create and store content

6. Limitation of Liability

Please note that:

• The App is provided 'as is' without warranties
• We are not liable for damages from use or inability to use
• We do not guarantee the App will meet specific requirements

7. Offline Functionality

The App functions offline, but certain features may require internet connectivity. We are not responsible for data loss due to device malfunction.

8. Project Reports

PDF and CSV reports are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated reports.

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App without notice
• Update these Terms and Conditions
• Consider continued use as acceptance of changes

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for Terms violations. You may terminate use by uninstalling the App.

If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated while remaining Terms stay in effect.
